well i havent used this software in a while was looking over some 3g eclipse maps for a customer and my ecu flash crash's every time now. we used his laptop and he sent me over the wrong map file but with any bin it crashes i took some screen shots of the error codes that appeared. i restarted my laptop about 6 months ago and this is the first time i have used it since its XP service pack 3 and updated firmware.

It crashes on me all the time as well. I have some well defined steps for creating the crash but I've never been able to get in touch with anyone who has the power to fix the bugs.

usually caused by dodgy rom or xml ,happened me a few times just remove last downloaded rom and or xml . then try again
