I Tactrix Openport 2.0 successfully downloaded the ROM, but the upload ROM, you can not start the engine, can not enter the engine, ECU has been unlocked

Subaru, I presume?
Sounds like an error occurred in flashing, or a bad ROM was written to the ECU. This could happen because it's either the incorrect ROM version, or if you're reflashing the original ROM with tuning changes, the tuning definition could be bad.
Sounds like your ECU is 'bricked' though. You will have to fix it using a recovery method. If Subaru, it's probably best to send it to someone who has the tools. Search this forum for related terms.

Mitsubishi ECUs are normally recoverable fairly easily.
You could try Tactrix: http://www.tactrix.com/index.php?page=s ... &Itemid=53
Or try it yourself using the "Flash Recovery Mode" introduced in V1.4.1 . Instructions here: http://www.evoxforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35078
Good luck!

You did hook the cable up as per 'recovery method' didn't you? Regular OBDII connection won't work.
You could try ECU Unlocker (google it) but I don't think it applies to this vehicle type. Give it a go though, nothing to lose.
