Car list does not populate

Hi all,
I cannot get list of cars to select from in pop up window when read ro is selected.
I've tried moving all "read_xxxx.xml' files to ROM file directory. no luck
Running Windows XP on laptopecuflash
Version 1.42.2595
any suggestions?

tried a different laptop.
started ecuflash selected my car and clicked read.
0001
0003
FFFF
no response to any know code.
What does that mean?

Got past issue above. Read ROM on different laptop. Now today I try and flash again and car list gone again.

Presuming you're connecting to EVO7/8/9, a lack of hookup could mean
1. The Programming Mode connector is not connected (extra to the OBDII connector)
2. The ECU is locked. Use ECU Unlocker.
Vista Issue: check that the Metadata directory is set correctly and the XMLs are there too.
