There are many similar posts with this problem. Please search the forum first before asking the community.
Please also provide the model and year of your vehicle, which country/region you live in, and which cable and software you are using.
Inferring from your error log it looks like your car is early WRX style. Check test mode connectors (sometimes there are 2 sets), and follow the on-screen instructions closely.
