This is probably an easy question to answer for you people in the know. Is it possible to read and reflash a 2000 JDM WRX using the new Tactrix open port 2 cable and ECU flash.

No, the earliest WRX you can read/flash with Ecuflash are the bugeye models (MY2001 or 2002 depending on what country you're from).
