CAN I READ IT?

Yes; use the WRX01/03 hookup method to start with. If you have no luck, try the WRX04/5 method, but this seems to only apply to US models.

Make sure the green test mode connectors under the dash are connected. You will also need the flash jumper block attached for reflashing (4-way or 6-way connector, under dash, near test mode connectors).
