Plugged the EcuFlash 1.34 ver to a Subaru WRX 2005 EU.
Car set in testing mode. (green connectors, and all).
Clicked on Read, ign., fast OK, after that some readout came, and the I
I can get it into a testing mode again, read the errors in ECUExplorer, but the car is NOT starting any more.

You can't trust the CEL reader included in any of the flashing software. Ecuedit, Enguinity, Cobb, Ecutek, Ecuexplorer. Any of it. They are not true OBD2 code readers. Those may or may not be accurate, and since you cannot be 100% certain, you cannot use that information to do a good job troubleshooting your car. Go get a real handheld OBD2 code reader.

If that is accurate, you probably have a wiring issue. You can suddenly see many CEL codes if there is a bad ground. All those sensors might share a ground and if it is loose it can trip all the sensors at once. It is unlikely all those sensors would die at the same time.
