Can't open/save files from/to the disk

Installed ecuflash. It seems to work ok, except for one "small" problem. I can read from ECU, can compare to the ecu, can test write. What I can't do is - I can't neither save the file to the hard drive, nor can I open the file from the disc.
In the log window I get the message: Can't open image file...
Any ideas what might be wrong?
