when upgrading to newer ecuflash??

Qiuck question when upgrading from ecuflash 1.29 to 1.30. Do I unistall 1.29 first? Does it save all my maps and transfer them to the 1.30 or do I manually do move the maps to 1.30?

It is installed back to the directory c:\Program Files\openecu\ecuflash.
Suggest you
1) Take a back up of the directory
2) Uninstall 1.29
3) Uninstall all the tactrix drivers.
4) Delete the directory
5) Install 1.3
You may or may not need to delete the directory, but many of us have issue with the upgrade from 1.29 to 1.3 so i guess a clean start will be good. BTW, if you are on win2k.....no one has managed to get it to work on that OS

No i am good I use xp. I am up in the air with upgrading at this point cause it seems like everyone is having issues with 1.30

go to control panel, choose add/remove software.....scroll to the end, there's 2 tactrix drivers there
