error

I dont' know what to do, i'm getting an error when i try and read from my ecu with ecuflash, Here is the log:

well i found out what was happening that was causing it to not work now ecu explorer will not load. It just sits there saying dissconnected even when the engine is turned on and i can get data readings from enginuity. Anyone have any ideas why this would happen?

How do you fix the kernel problem
