will they everr have a ecu flash that works for 2000 eclipse ecu

I have a ROM pull from a 2000 Galant, which makes me wonder if it will work on a 2000 Eclipse. There were a ton of variations between models around then so I remain skeptical. 2001 is when Mitsubishi cleaned house and limited the number of model and trim levels to save BANK! I'll try to hunt one down to see if I can pull a ROM or get the ECU #.
