Problem with reading sing 1.28/1.29 on USDM STi05

Here is the log, I have the Com setup at com3 and I select the DBW 2004-2006 option as it is the only one I see 05 Sti mentioned. The green test connecter is connected and I am using the cobb ap cable.

Anyone can help me out??

same problem with 06 usdm wrx wagon

Im getting the exact same error message when i try to read my wagons ecu.
Im using ecuflash v 1.29 and a ver 1.3 cable.The cable is working since I can log with ecuexplorer.The cars in test mode with the green connectors connected.Is this a ver 1.29 ecuflash problem???If so anybody know were you can download ver 1.28? Anybody come up with a solution to this one yet? Anybody,Anybody..........?

The Cobb AP cable will not work with EcuFlash. For the later poster, you can try 1.28 here:

I will be releasing a new version as soon as I get feedback from some testers regarding the 1.28/1.29 problem.

mean while engine upgrade projects are put on hold :(
