Help with flash STI'03

sti'03 + OpenPort 1.2 + EcuFlash => low programmable voltage = 4.25 v

Battery = 12.65 V
white & green connectors - as specify there http://www.scoobypedia.co.uk/index.php/Knowledge/ConnectingToYourECU#toc4

any ideas???? i'm going slightly mad help me please!
