Definitions for Idle step lookup are wrong

Postby C6ect.ect » Mon Sep 04, 2006 9:31 pm

Hello, I got 04 evo identifier 96420008 and the rpm values for my idle step lookup appear as if wrong identifier is loaded, but correct ID is.

The RPM values are like 150, 2849320, 87, 3248329, and so forth. Keep in mind all other parameters are good so it's not wrong ecu for ID, it's just that one idle step value.

The stepper is working fine BTW. Could this be a factory thing, vendor flash thing (purchaced tune in past), or just my ECU ID thing?

I tried loading the correct values for RPM but my car did not idle right at all (too high or cut off) afterward so I change it back to the previous state.

Whats up here? Thanks
