EGT sensor remove and disabled

Hello, i need help about the remove of this sensor with ecuflash or enginuity.
I want to remove the sensor in up-pipe and after remove it for the ecu doesn't take egt information.
But how can i make this operation?

You must disable DTC (P0546)

ok but this disable only the Check Engine for this sensor default. After that can i remove it from exhaust? Ecu can't like this operation? Thanks..
PS: I've look for other map like WRX01 USDM, anbd they have in section MISC a table with the EGT sensor scaling. With that i can remove easily the value. I've search but i don't find the adress for this table to add it in my XML file. (with Enginuity, i've the same problem..)
