Where di I start?

I've got enginuity downloaded and running. Registered at openecu and osecuroms. Where do I start? I haven't gotten the cable yet as I'm still looking to practice learning the software. I've got a base '04 wrx map downloaded and viewable. Where can I find a "stage 1" map to compare it to? Also, what parameters could/should be changed and which ones should be left alone? Thanks for you help!
