How to donwload lastest def file for ECUFLASH

I installed ECUFLASH 1.35 version and want to access 2003 JDM WRX STI ECU.
But I couldn't select the directly name when connected the ECU.
Do I need to download the newest definition file then I can access 2003 JDM WRX STI??
If yes, where I can download the newest ECU def file??
If no, how can I access 2003 JDM WRX STI ECU??
I do find out the def file via the link : http://forums.openecu.org/viewtopic.php ... 9bd2c5c463
But I still don't see the select item(for 2003 JDM WRX STI) when I activate ECH flash application.
