On motorola (freescale) site they sell only 1000+ quantity, i want 2 unit for testing...

Search www.digikey.com. It came right up. You need to look to the distribution house companies for these small orders, not the manufacturer. If you're lucky, you might get a small number of parts free as "samples" from the manufacturer.
