Ok i have the tactrix cable and the White connector with the 3 black wires the single black wire is still Connected to the cable But there is 2 shorter wires that dont look like they ever went to anything but they are not hooked to anything and are just hanging there. Now my car will not read or flash the ECU when connected. Is there something the 2 short wires need a resistor or something? Any info would help thanks.

It sounds like you ripped out the other 2 wires from the white connector. All of those short black wires go into the white block.
