hi need help to see if the corrects pins in the 1.3M cable is being hooked to the right pins at the car end of the OBDII connector
some wires dont seem to align up - not sure if it is critical...

this is pic of my cable

dug this out...

I think 1.3M only does Mitsubishi, and looks like you are trying to do Subaru?

i thought that 1.3M and 1.2 both support subaru DBW Ecus?....

All of the Tactrix cables have some pins which may not match up with the car you are currently using. There are no problems with this in the family of vehicles we currently support.
