Guys.

I'm in the process of rewiring my car ( swap ).
Here is the situation,
I can Data log no problem.
I can put the Car in diagnostic mode ( grounding B134-14 ).

However I'm not able to read/write. This is probably because I'm not using any flash block connector.

Can you please give the the 2 pins it connects in the ECU for a WRX 2002+ ?

Thanks.

Swap Info:
STI Ver 7 in Legacy GT 99.

Search for flash block or flashblock. You can also see a picture of what the flash block connector is doing by looking at the Tactrix site.

I think on the 2002 it is just shorting the white connector. Only two pins, and you just connect them. A piece of 16G or 18G wire with leaded ends can just be shoved into the connector, just make sure it is secure before you start flashing. Or just buy a connector for a few bucks.

I don't have this connector.. It's a swap with custom wiring... that's why I want to know which pin on the ECU this Flash Block Connector interacts with. My best guest is that I need to connect 2 pins together.. I just want to know which one.

Flash Block connects: B134-10 to B40-6 for WRX 2002-03 type of car.
