ROM XML Definitions Database on Scoobypedia
Dear OpenECU'ers,
Quite a few of you already know about the stock ECU ROM database on Scoobypedia*. This has quite nicely evolved over time with the help of people like merchgod, sith, and FrSTI.
Next I'd like to add a link to the latest XML defs for all these ECUs. Ideally I'd like to see defs for all tools discussed on these forums e.g. Enginuity, ECUFlash and even ecuEdit. This will continue to enhance the one-stop-shop nature of this page.
I'll think about how to (re)format the page or create a new one.
I'll allow upload updates of these files and support multiple versions to ensure they can be maintained by more than one person - such is the current problem.
We'll need to caveat the XML defs well, however we could start a system where people 'sign'/vote an XML def at a particular version as a way to increase consumer confidence.
It would be great if anyone could help by sending me links to your/all the various XML defs spread over a number of these forums. If we don't see much activity here in the next couple of weeks I'll most likey start scanning over the forums myself picking up what I can - not very efficient I know.
Best regards,
-Steve.

P.S: I've posted this on Open Source ECU Roms also.
