What is the tpu file and is it necessary?
Posted: Mon May 15, 2006 11:38 amI'm upgrading to a newer revision image, but I don't have a TPU for that revision (A4SGE10C). Do I need the TPU file to flash? I have the TPU for my old revision (A4SGC00C).
no you dont need the .tpu file to flash. just make sure you have the rom image file (.cpu), with or without ram block, it doesnt matter.
