Forum Bug - Attachments Repeated 4 Times

A bug has been introduced to the forum's thread display which causes any attachment file to be listed 4 times, as if there were 4 different attachments when there is only one. An example can be found in this thread:

I'm aware of it. I think it only happens with the posts that preceded the move to forums.openecu.org. I was doing a bunch of DB stuff to fix all of the links that were openecu.org to be forums.openecu.org, and there might have been a situation where the file links were getting replicated each time I tried the operation. I think I tried 3 times, so that might explain why we have 4 now. I'll try and fix it when I get a chance...
