URGENT HELP NEED!!! MITSIBUSHI OUTLANDER TURBO 2.0 YEAR 2005

I just purchased a Tactrix 2.0 cable for my 2005 Mitsibushi Outlander Turbo 2.0. I tried to down ECU info with EcuFlash Version 1.43.3252 and 1.42. 2595. However I wasnt able to connect to my ECU. Am I doing something wrong? Do u have any suggestion?

Not sure if it's supported. My 2004 Grandis doesn't want to play ball either.
Anyone have definitive answers on these?

I am not sure about that either. I emailed the data logs to Tactrix and waiting for their help. It is a shame I made to many mods on the car... But without tuning worthless...
