Sniff J2534 calls

In the OEM manual say that it use ISO-14230 protocol, but it is inaccessible to OBD-progs. (Only works with Techstrem).Toyota use its own KWP protocol in some modules or in some car use (M-OBD), previous at CAN-bus. The only clear information that I find it's similar al 14230 but runs at 9600 bauds.
It's possible to use some DLL ability to log J2534 calls?
