Logged Successfully Next Step?

My next step is to download the ROM .
DO I use ECUFLASH or ECUEXPLORER? and what are the steps
Is it as simple as connecting and reading rom or do i need to connect the green ‘test’ mode connectors or jumper the flash block connector?
