Can't Access 2001 Eclipse GT file?????

I recently connected to my 2001 Eclipse GT and was able to read and save the factory tune, but I can't access it to make any changes. Are there no definition files available to make changes?

There are a bunch of defnition files that have been made for the 3g eclipse, but I cannot attest to their accuracy or completeness.
