Please advise what can be done with Impreza 97 firmware after replacing stock turbo on IHI VF34
All say that the brains of this year don't flashing

you can not flash 97MY ecu. you can replace your stock ecu with standalone ecus like hydra vs.... or old school method is the cheap one; using SAFC.
