ECU Interchangeability?

I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to swap ECU's between Imprezas and Legacys or do they have different pinouts?
I have a 2001 JDM Legacy B4 with a Denso ECU, part number 22611AG441. I have seen a 2003 UK WRX Impreza ECU for sale, part number 22611AH751.
Would it be possible to flash this ECU with my rom and use it?
Any help or advice appreciated
