Astra G 2000 OBDII access - Keyword required

Postby dock » Tue Jan 15, 2008 2:16 am

I got accces to my Astra G 2000 engine using the software OP-Com demo "http://www.vezerdiagnosztika.hu/" and also KWP2000test with windows XP. My interface is Jeff generic.

The sequences are:

sent: 81 11 F1 81 04
answer: 83 BF F1 90 C3

However the sofware says "Something received but ECU keyword not found..."

I don´t know how to solve this, I have tryied several configs but with no success, please could anyone help.

Thank you in advance

Well, that web site does say this:
IMPORTANT: The program can only be used with a special interface hardware.
A simple serial or USB port based standard interfaces (K, KKL, etc) cannot be used!
Maybe they were serious.
