Hi, I'm getting error code P1021 on my EVO9 but I cant figure out where the issue is. Appreciate if somebody can shed some light on this.

A quick google search says that is oil control valve. Probably has to do with MIVEC if it is at all like the Subaru's AVCS. Check the wiring to your oil control/cam. Also check your battery to engine grounds.

First link in google when searching for "P1021 cel" comes up with this:
