I am trying to increase boost, but seams it don’t want to rise. Can some one gave me pointers of what I did wrong or what should I do. My target for now is 1.1 – 1.2 Bar, at the moment 0.9

You need to raise the max WGDC more. 3-4% isn't much of an increase. Try raising it 10-15% in the right most columns. You might also want to put value much, much greater in the 6800 rpm row.

If that still doesn't work, you might try tightening the wastegate arm. It can be turned to tighten it.

Thanks, I’ll tray tightening arm, also I think if to increase boost manually, then manual boost could be installed.
Also do you know why it’s happening that by increasing boost in ECU it doesn’t raise physically? It is not first car I see that.

I recommend against using a manual boost controller. You will tend to get a lot more boost at part throttle, making the car less smooth to drive. If you have no lowered the closed to open loop delays you risk knock engine damage as well.

Your boost didn't go up because you did not increase wastegate duty cycle enough. More boost takes more wastegate duty. Again, you only bumped your max WGDC table by 3%. This isn't sufficient to have much of an effect.

I am agree about manual boost controllers, that’s why we just bought Greddy boost controller
