JECS or Denso can anybody identify from photo's?
Posted: Tue Jan 30, 2007 3:29 pmThis ECU is from my 2000 Outback wgn I assumed it would be a JECS because its pre-'01 can anybody determine this for certain. If its JECS I might as well get the ELMscan 5 and be happy with MIL reset, diagnostic, etc. But if reflashing is possible I'll need to get different hardware mongoose, tactrix etc. Thanks for any help identifing this ecu. 
ANY OPTIONS FOR REFLASHING THIS THING? Or would it be easier to buy a new car?
