NOOB HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just had my friend reflash my ECU for my 2002 USDM wrx to recognize my turbo back, but I also have a Large TMIC, CAI, Fuel rails, HKS BOV, Perrin uppipe and I want to reflash my ECU myself to tune all this for my wrx. What is all the equipment I need to get started doing my own tuning/flashes and any suggestion on premade maps or mapping?
