Open source tuning for cars other than Subaru & Mitsubis

Just curious if other car brands are lucky enough to have access to the free software and ROM flashing?

Honda guys have been doing it for years at pgmfi.org. I've heard from Enginuity users playing with Nissan, Triumph, Kawasaki bikes, and a few others I can't remember off the top of my head.
