misfire problems help cams BC 272

hi i need help my car is wrx 2002 i have BC cams, adjustable cam gears, spring kit all BC, my car show misfire the cods are p0301, p0302, p0304.
the spark has changed 2 weeks ago have iridium bkr8 the sparkplug is black i set the rpm in 850 and i cant eliminate this codes i know if i desactivate in the map but i dont like to do dis i need an other solution help me please or tell me what i need to do..?? in the map o the problem its other think

if your spark plugs are "black", you're too rich at idle.
mis-fires can be cause by running too rich at idle.
the maf table needs to be adjusted and possible your injector size.
