Error reading from 2001 - 2004 UK Subaru Impreza STi / WRX

tried to read from 3 different cars now and i get this SAME error.

All are UK Cars 2001, 2002, and 2003.

What am I doing wrong. Never have this problem on EVO's, just moving over to tuning the EJ20 but cannot download the map from the ECU in order to start logging and tuning.

Can someone help.

Ive attached the error file again for all to see and comment on.

i am having the same prob at the min on a subaru sti 53 plat

another one with a MY03 STi UK and having same issue...any ideas?
