Reading EVO hex & xml file in ECUFlash ????

Not really looked at Evo's before as have been using the software with Subaru's.

I have been doing a search for EVO Rom images and XML files and have come accross a few. But when I try to view them with ECUFLash, the software doesn't have a definition.

If I get it to inherit one, it only seems to give me the ROM info and not the maps.

Also if i set it to inherit incorrectly how do I re-assign the image

Hi from the other side of Sussex! What ROM ID's are you trying to view? You have to make sure the XML is in the folder you specify in the file>options>metadata section. ECUflash looks at the internal ID of the rom which is at F52 in the ROM, then looks for the internal ID in the XML.

Have you got some EVO Rom's I could try, to see if I can configure ECU flash to read them.

P.S What logging tool do you EVO guy's use as I use enginuity on the Subaru's. Does it also support EVO's ?
