Denso Toyota ECUs (SW20 MR2 / ST205)

Hi

I notice this website is largely Evo and Subaru related so I am intrigued as to whether or not there is any option of remapping the Denso ECU, maybe using piggyback EEPROM? In the GT4OC we mainly swap the ECU out for Power FC, Link or Motec and then have to map from scratch.

It would be a big revelation if someone has got somewhere with these ECUs.

It would really help us if you could upload ECU photos. The first step is identifying the ECU components.

Looks like there maybe hope after all then!

I will get some photos ASAP. I have a standard ECU out of the car, but I think this uses ROM and can't be flashed. The Blitz ECU I have is a modified standard ECU and has a daughterboard in it with EEPROM I believe.
