OpenPort 2.0 and ISO15765 problems

Postby psyche » Wed Nov 06, 2013 5:08 am

Hi there,

i use the OP2.0 to develop an application. The protocol used by the ECU is ISO15765 29bit 500kb.
While i am initiallizing correctly the cable and the protocol, using the J2534 headers, the OP2.0 doesnt seem to work.
The problem is that the OP2.0 cant "recognise" the correct received messages. I expect a RxStatus like "START_OF_MESSAGE"
and after that the "CAN_29_BIT" message. The received messages' RxStatus is always "TX_MSG_TYPE, TX_INDICATION".
The exact same application with the same code and initiallization works with any other J2534 cables that i have tested it.

Last week I downloaded the latest ECUFlash for the latest drivers and cable firmware and the cable was updated but the problem
is still there.

Can any of you give any advice on what i can do to make it work?

Thank you in advance
Padelis
