06 Civic replace ECM

Hi,

I'm new here. I have an 06 Civic EX and i need to replace the ECM. Have bought a replacement ECM from Ebay.
The codes in the immobilizer have to be matched to the codes in the replacement ECM. See TSB below

I know it can be done with Honda HDS software, where can I get Honda HDS software.
Is their other software I can use.

If there is EEPROM chip on the circuit board you may simply resolder it.
Look for a 8pin chip near the processor chip.
