mfb wrote:Hi Colby,
I have the latest beta for Ecuflash and I see my rom image with the patch option.
Here are my ecu details:
ECU id is 5C42504007
Internal id is AZ1G101N
We can log 10x faster than Romraider with this patch right? I need to see the following in my log, can you help make the .txt file? Activation is just via defogger.
Engine Load (1-byte)** (g/rev)
Engine Speed (rpm)
Feedback Knock Correction (1-byte)** (degrees)
Fine Learning Knock Correction (degrees)
IAM (1-byte)** (multiplier)
Ignition Total Timing (degrees)
Manifold Relative Pressure (4-byte)* (psi relative)
Mass Airflow (g/s)
Mass Airflow Sensor Voltage (V)
Primary Wastegate Duty Cycle (%)
Throttle Opening Angle (%)
Optional if possible
Coolant Temperature (C)
Radiator Fan Relay #1 (On/Off)
Radiator Fan Relay #2 (On/Off)
Radiator Fan Relay #3 (On/Off)
Thanks! I recently got my tactrix and am so satisfied with it.

Cboles > I dont know If i am... I thought I was using the most up to date.. The last time I did a download and install on ecu flash was about two- three weeks ago... But i see the beta for the patch was recently posted... I will try and see if K-line works and then try the patch if it doesn do what I need...
Also is it possible to log reall time? By real time I mean actual time, IE 3:34.234 PM etc etc... this way we know what we were doing during that particular log...
cboles wrote:"correct" time is not possible since there is no battery backup on the OP2. if you plug a laptop in while the OP2 is plugged into a car, i may be able to make it "sync" clocks though.

Colby, do you know if the Vbatt pin is exposed on the board so that we could hook a coin cell battery to maintain the Real Time Clock? I looked at this once before, but without a way to set the RTC I never went through with installing the battery.
Thanks,
Matthew
mfb wrote:Thanks for this Colby, I finally got it to work. For the parameters I posted, I just used the Log config utility. Limit for my set up is 16 parameters which is triggered by defroster switch. The limit is 20 right? Adding one more not make it log. Can (ssm) is just so fast compared to romraider or K line. Its getting 40 samples per second and files can just get bloated! Anyway we can control sampling rate?
I also can't gear to log, it just shows 256 for any gear. Would want to log at least 1 more parameter.
mfb wrote:Colby,
Any chance the OP2 incorporates DTC reading too as it happens while logging. That would be great, easier to trouble shoot tunes as well.
