Hello to all @ Tactrix,
i recently ordered an Openport 2.0 with Full adapter set.
I got the unit this week, was comming in really fast, BUT:
I only got the Openport and the Usb Cable, NO Subaru adapters, No Mitsubishi 12 Pin Adapter for flashing Evo 7-9
I tried to send E - Mails to all 3 Tactrix contacts, but all were rejected by 550 Error " policy reasons"
Order Number was 9307.
Is there any way to get in contact to resolve the issue? I am from Germany, so telephone isnt a good option.
Is there an E-mail Adresss of Amanda or Colby i can use instead the "sales" , "Orders", or "support" ones.
