Just installed 1.30 and it doesn't run. Tried it even from the command line and nothing. 1.29a was working fine. I'm running WIN2K as it is a work laptop so could that be the reason? I couldn't find any specific info regarding system requirements.

Thanks!

Win2k has always been a bit uncertain with this software. Where are you running into trouble? What error messages are you getting?

XP Pro and it runs perfectly everytime.????
from what I understand (and that aint much) Ecuflash will load the Kernels when you start the programme and when you go to connect it will ask you what vehicle/ecu you are trying to connect to and then it goes and does its thing, you should be able to upload and then you might need a rom definition file to read out your rom image or not, depending if you have the Def file already, but it should be that simple.
as you can see the programme automatically loads the STI04 kernel
if this aint happening for you maybe you should try and download a fresh copy of 1.3 and start from scratch again??

Have everyone been successful now pulling roms on these vehicles?

What is the process for the 2004 Legacy, especially the auto?

Just like to say thanks to Colby for his hard work and for Mark in sending in his ECU. Today I managed to flash my '05 ADM Legacy GT which has the A2W??? ECU. Cheers to you both.

yeah, just connect the green connector and using sti04 method. (no flash block connector)
now I'm successful to flash Legacy 04 JDM auto (A2WD010A) everything runs fine.

Thanks to Colby and Mark again. :D :D

Just to let everyone one know, we hook up the 2 green connectors (Passenger ecu and driver accelerator pedal area) and we were able to Read and flash the car.

Hmm...I've managed to pull my ROM connecting the passenger side ECU. Mine is ADM 04 LGT.

I wonder what is the green connector near the accelerator panel for? Any pix?
