WRX 1999/2000 tunning

I don't think the xml definitions for the jecs ecus have been done yet. If they were you could use ecuedit or enginuity.
The only other way I know of to tune one of these cars yourself is to buy a replacement ecu such as Apexi PowerFC and use FCDatalogit.
