Enginuity .10a

Alright, I feel like I've got something I can release. This is an alpha version. Timing, fuel, boost and wastegate duty are all working. You can view, modify and save. Only works with 2004 WRX images.

This is great!
I'm not looking to change my image at the moment, but this tool is excellent for getting a visual comparison between two maps.
Much nicer than looking at hex :)

Thanks! :)

BTW I don't know if you're taking feature requestst yet, but having an option to show fuel in AFR rather than lambda would be cool. :)

Note to any newbies looking at this tool:

YOU CAN EASILY DESTROY YOUR ENGINE WITH IMPROPER SETTINGS!!!

You should fully understand the basics of tuning before you go changing your timing/fueling/boost maps.

Also, different revisions of the ECU for the same model year may have different offsets- you might want to check before saying this works across all MY04 ECUs.

I haven't looked closely, but it might be nice to show supported revisions specifically.

 Argh.. This is going to be a pain, I can see. Is there a way to identify the ECU version in the images? That'd make this quite a bit easier and I could set up a way for people to report problems automatically.

Look at offset 0x200 in the binary and you will see something like:
A4TF500F.TMCopyrightDENSO2003

As far as I understand, this uniquely identifies every revision.

Wow, that looks really sweet! I have been a UTEC guy for the past few years and dealing with some of its shortcomings is getting on my nerves. Seeing a program like this is very exciting! Keep up the good work and don't forget us 2002 guys ;)

I've got the ability to add different ECU versions done now. I think I've got all the images in the 2002/2003 forum on here working, as well as 2004 and 2005. There is a 2002 image on there that seems to be a JDM STi or something that I haven't figured out all the offsets for, but I think I should be able to get it done pretty quickly tonight. After I finish that up I'll go ahead and release the updated version.

Edit: All the images that I've got working are WRX. No STi or anything else yet. That should go pretty quickly once I get to it though.
