i've searched all over the damn place on how to get this working. in vmware or native windows all tools+openport 1.3U cable works perfect! I can't for the life of me find any conclusive data on using the cable! am I totally missing some thing obvious that a simple search has revealed? I just want to flash and edit maps from my mac instead of using bootcamp or vmware.

should work fine, at least ecuflash should see the cable. i got the os x version 1.34 from the homepage, and it will read from the ecu with my tactrix cable. however, i have problems writing to the ecu.
