Hi,

can anyone help? When trying to reflash any other Evo's than my own, i have a read error stating "flashing toold do not recognise flash method "evo"

what should this be and how do i change it?

Anyone?

The XML for the car you are trying to flash or read has a flashmethod that is not supported by the ECUflash executable you are using.

You probably mixed up versions, so you have a /rommetadata directory from a different version of ECUFlash than you are using.

You can probably fix it by reinstalling ECUflash, or you may have to find the XML for what you are doing and fix the flashmethod tag. Maybe see what another car that is as close to the same as possible uses.
