dumping a 2.0R?

hi guys. I'm trying to remap a 2.0R for a friend.
The 2.0R is the european version of the RS, it's a normally aspired 2L of 2006/2007. So i tried to dump the ecu with ecuflash but i can choose any type of car (STI, WRX, BAJA....) it doesn't work.
Even if i connect the green connector, it doesn't work. I pretty sure it can be done. Can someone tell we how i can edit the "flashing" method of ecuflash to find a solution?
Thanks

If you select the read and choose the many options there without any help, then that could be a different kernel is needed.
Did you check for extra connectors around the ECU area too?
I know that there are 2003+ foresters that still cannot be flash right now that are JDM.

There's only one green conncetor. Maybe someone could explain me how the reflashing method works so that i look for a solution. thanks

Pics inside too.
I am just curious to see the wiring around the ecu.

yes, none of the subaru cars used an Hitachi ecu?
See below all the trials i did with ecuflash using the different types of car. The last one gave a different result: but at least, the fans becomes ON......so maybe it can't read with these kernels?

On the MCU, it is written UJ, which stands for Unisia JECS, same as NA wrx before '00.
This is not exactly the same part number but I think kernel is the same. Need to check it !
